We are excited to announce a huge leap forward for youth soccer in Northwest Florida and Southern Alabama! After much exploration and collaboration, PBFC Rush, Bayside Rush and PFC are excited to announce that Coastal Rush will be expanding our partnership to include PFC Rush under the Coastal Rush umbrella.
Beginning with its inception as Colorado Rush, Rush Soccer is now a prestigious nationally and internationally recognized soccer organization with over 40,000 players in 55 affiliate clubs across the U.S. and another 52 clubs in 43 countries around the world. As a member of this major soccer organization, players in Coastal Rush will benefit from a global cooperative system sharing effective training and coaching systems, proven player development programs, and greatly expanded player and team opportunities for advancement.
After a thorough review, directors from both Bayside Rush and PBFC Rush concluded that the expansion of Coastal Rush Soccer to include our friends at PFC would provide club members with development and playing opportunities and other benefits that far outweigh the ability of our individual clubs. Without a doubt, the historical exceptional success that these clubs have established individually is impressive. The cubs have and will continue to be vibrant and essential parts of their respective communities building strong ties with local area families, schools and businesses. That will not only remain, but will be enhanced by this next evolution in soccer in our area.
In practice, each division of Coastal Rush will retain their own respective teams and continue to train locally within its community as they have been in years past. Then, top performing players from each division will be invited to train together and play in the Gulf States Premier League and College ID Showcase events as members of “Coastal Rush” teams. This will allow local players exposure to the highest level of play the area has seen with clear player pathways to all members participating under the Coastal Rush banner, with a high level of emphasis on College placements.
Therefore, like no other time in history, a soccer organization in our region will truly be big enough, strong enough, and have sufficient resources to provide a grand soccer experience for all regardless of their experience, expertise or long-term goals with the sport. Indeed, we will be able to develop players with a clear vision and purpose with all the tools to ensure that we can deliver on that promise. Coastal Rush is a true game changer for soccer in our area.

With this announcement comes club expansion also. There will be now be five satellites of Coastal Rush in the 2022/2023 season:

Bayside Rush (Gulf Breeze)
Baldwin Rush (Foley, AL)
PFC Rush (Pensacola)
Mobile Rush (Mobile, AL)
With this evolution of our clubs, there are certain to be questions. We have conducted coaches / trainers information session(s) and will be holding a general membership session(s). Look for announcements on the Club website for the date(s) and time(s).
Our new website will be CoastalRushSoccer.com. We will be posting more information very soon about this exciting new opportunity for our youth.
